Time Flies.

I couldn’t sleep tonight. Bizarre but true.

I was laying in bed with my mind going a dozen different directions when half-asleep Dave rolled over and wrapped his warm arms around me. In that very second, I was overcome with gratitude, awe and amazement.

Our anniversary is on Wednesday. Time flies. Three years.

I still can’t believe how he loves me. Patiently, generously, even when I am undeserving.
He has pushed me to pursue my dream and sacrificed immensely to make it a reality.
He has been by my side since day 1 and I am in total awe that God saw it fitting to allow me to share my life with such an incredible person.

I would never have imagined us to be where time has taken us but here we are. Each moment feeling like it’s held a million miles.

So tonight I just wanted to press pause. Just for a few moments to reflect on the blessing of my husband and our amazing life together.

So naturally I went for my wedding photos. And in the quiet of the night I just listened as they whispered a little of our love story.

I have to thank Adam Barnes for capturing our wedding in the way he did. His ability to tell a love story in images captivated me over three years ago and still inspires me today.
