There are many things that make my job as a wedding photographer wonderful. MANY things. But the very best part of this job is the friendships I get to make with my clients. I fall in love with each and every one of them. I’m not joking, by the end of their wedding days I’m fighting tears to say goodbye. I usually even miss them when they go on their honeymoons. Call me a sap but I don’t know how I could be a part of their journey to the altar without getting caught up in their love stories. But as with most jobs/passions, there is always the hard parts. Tons of work to be done and the editing never ends.

And to be totally transparent, it’s easy to get overwhelmed sometimes. So when I go to the mailbox and pull something like this out, it totally makes my day.
