I was a bit nervous going into it since for me, it was the first of its kind. Callie approached me forever ago when she found out her two best friends from her  Warner University days were going to be in town. They wanted to do a session together and it sounded like fun so I naturally agreed. I knew there wouldn’t be kissing, staring, chasing or anything I’m used to so as time grew closer I wondered how it would all go down. Well world, when I got to Winter Park and saw these three girls- I almost jumped up and down.  If you had told me 100x how beautiful, hilarious, fun and stylish this trio would be, I still wouldn’t have expected I’d get this lucky. I was like a kid on Christmas morning who just opened up a pony or something.  We had so much fun and I am hoping that these girls won’t be afraid of me from now on.  I am slightly obsessed with them now. Can you blame me?

Excited that we had the most gorgeous day of the year and that I got to go out and shoot in it. What made it even more exciting was who I was going to shoot. Dave and I have been trying to get together with this couple for easily a year now and have never been able to work it. So when Callie contacted me about doing a shoot for her little family I was super excited because I knew that would give us some great hang time and that we could even catch some dinner afterwards! Well we did and it was wonderful.

We were blessed with some gorgeous light and I was even able to try some new tricks I have been wanting to practice. I don’t know how many lighting rules I am following/breaking here but I’m a sucker for moments and I love these. Enjoy!
