How to Book

A non-refundable retainer of 5000 is required to reserve the date and the balance is due 60 days prior to the event.

Generic Pricing

Eight-hour wedding day coverage with two photographers is 8849 and includes an online gallery and download of high resolution photographs.

A la carte options are as follows: Rehearsal Dinner or Brunch Coverage 2500, Engagement Session 750, Albums 1850+, Additional Photographers 1150, Additional Hour 800, Duplicate Parent Albums 1100+

Payment Methods

Retainers and balance payments can be made by cc online via the proposal link for a 2.9% fee or by check made payable to: Jessica Lorren 754 SE Trammell Trace, Stuart, FL 34997

Rescheduling Fees

Each contract permits one courtesy reschedule within the same calendar year based on photographer availability. Subsequent reschedules will be charged a 15% rebooking fee to compensate for administrative costs and lost earnings.

Travel Fees

No fees will be charged for weddings taking place in South Florida, Nashville or New York City. Events outside of these markets could require the following expenses to be reimbursed with the final balance payment: airfare and hotel accommodations for all photographers as well as necessary transportation such as rental cars, car/shuttle services.

Client Requests

While meeting with clients is not required, it can be helpful in establishing trust and rapport. I do ask to be included in the timeline formation to ensure optimal allocations are made to take advantage of lighting conditions, key moments and photographic opportunities. Ideally a semi-final timeline will be provided 60+ days prior to allow for coverage upgrades etc. Clients are asked to provide a list of formal family groupings 2+ days prior and encouraged to keep the list as concise as possible.
